The new found superfood - Chia seeds



Very rich in omega-3 fatty acids, protein, minerals and antioxidants. So delicious and so nutty. Use them for yogurt, smoothies, baking or eat it without anything. When put into a bowl of water overnight you will make a fantastic porridge. 
For my one I use berries (blueberry, strawberry, cranberry), half of cup of almonds and two spoonfulls of Chia. Put it into a blender and enjoy.
